The Functional Genomics Facility (FGF)

Provides resources for investigating gene functions with a focus on applying DNA/protein microarray technology. [more info]

Human Tissue Research Center (HTRC)

Provides a mechanism for researchers and scientists to obtain and process tissue for research. HTRC provides ancillary services of laser capture microdissection (LCM), molecular studies, immunohistochemistry (IHC), tissue microarray (TMA), and image analysis. Mesecar High-Throughput Screening Laboratory at the University of Illinois at Chicago

This high-throughput-screening lab is equipped with liquid-handling robots, multi-mode plate readers, and a chemical library composed of over 60,000 synthetic compounds, 200 natural products, and 5000 natural product extracts. [more info]

Northwestern University's High Throughput Analysis (HTA) Laboratory

The HTA Laboratory is a shared, open-access resource established in 2004 on the Northwestern University campus. The HTA provides academic, industrial, and private researchers with equipment and expertise for the development and execution of high throughput biological analysis and screening. The facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art liquid handling, plate detection and automated microbial culture handling capabilities. [more info]
